I have been unable to log into the Safebit application for more than a week, and this ongoing problem has become very frustrating and concerning. Each time I try to access my account, the app shows an error message and tells me to try again later. No matter how many times I attempt to log in, the same issue continues, leaving me completely unable to use the platform. Throughout the day, I’ve tried many times from my phone, yet I still cannot access my account or view any of my balances. I’ve already tried every basic troubleshooting step—restarting my device, reinstalling the app, checking my internet connection, and making sure the app is updated. Despite all these efforts, nothing has changed, which clearly suggests the issue is not on my side but within the system. Being locked out of my account for this long naturally raises concerns about the security of my funds and the reliability of the service. As a user, I expect a platform that works properly and provides timely support, especially when my finances are involved. I urgently request that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, along with clear information about the cause and an estimated timeframe for restoring access. Your immediate attention would be greatly appreciated, as this situation has already caused significant inconvenience.
