Bybit Wallet Access Issue - Unable to View Balance

I am unable to access my Bybit wallet despite multiple attempts. Every time I try to open the wallet section, the screen turns black, preventing me from seeing my profit, loss, or total balance. I have tried every possible solution, but nothing works.

This issue is extremely frustrating, as I cannot manage my funds properly. I need an immediate fix so I can regain access to my account and check my financial status. Bybit support, please resolve this issue ASAP! Users should not have to struggle just to access their own funds. I am expecting a quick response and an urgent solution to this problem.
