My Bitay Withdrawal Still Pending After 6 Months

I made a withdrawal request from Bitay on February 26th, and it's been 6 months now, but unfortunately, the funds have not been deposited into my account yet. A month ago, I made another request to withdraw my funds, but unfortunately, I encountered the same issue and was unable to complete the withdrawal. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but it seems impossible to reach them over the phone. Even after submitting my issue in writing through the app, there has been no progress or resolution.
