Funds Withdrawn from Bitay Account Not Transferred to Bank - No Support Available

I attempted to withdraw my funds from Bitay, and everything seemed to go smoothly. The transaction shows as "withdrawn," but the money has not appeared in my bank account. It has now been two months, and the funds still haven’t arrived. From what I’ve seen, many others are experiencing the same issue.

I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven't been able to get any response or assistance. I’m extremely frustrated and need help resolving this issue. Please provide support in getting my funds transferred to my bank account.
