I Am Unable to Withdraw Funds from Bitay Exchange

Hello, Bitay Money Exchange has caused its customers significant inconvenience, as the withdrawal transaction I made 3 months ago has not been processed yet. Customer services cannot be reached at Bitay Money Exchange, and there seems to be no solution in sight. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to contact anyone from the customer service department and the money I have been trying to withdraw for 3 months has not been deposited into my account. I want my money as soon as possible.
