Unable to Withdraw Funds from My Bitay Account Despite Having Balance

I have money in my Bitay account, but I can’t access it. Even when I manage to log in, I try to withdraw the funds, but the money never reaches my bank account. The balance shows in my Bitay account, but I can’t actually withdraw it. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, waiting on hold for about an hour each time, but the call drops before I get any help. This is incredibly frustrating, and I feel completely stuck. Bitay needs to fix this issue and allow me to withdraw my funds immediately. I’m tired of being kept in limbo and need this resolved as soon as possible.
