Unable to Access Bitay App for Months, No SMS or Email Codes, Funds Stuck
I haven’t been able to access the Bitay app since August. At first, I wasn’t receiving the SMS verification code, and now the email verification code doesn’t arrive either. I’ve complained before, but no one has responded. It’s been over six months, and I still can’t withdraw the money in my account. Customer service is completely unreachable, and this level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I’m extremely frustrated and demand immediate action to resolve this issue. I want access to my account and my funds without any further delays. Bitay, you need to fix this problem and improve your customer support immediately!
