Bitay's Delayed Refund Leaves Me Frustrated
On Tuesday, a Bitay customer service representative called and promised me profits if I deposited money and participated in their second phase campaign. We processed the deposit through Nays together, but the funds did not appear in my Bitay account. It's been 6 days, and they have yet to begin the refund process. When I contacted customer service, they simply stated that there was nothing they could do and that my concerns would be forwarded. They've made me feel powerless over my own money. Why are they refusing to refund my money? I demand that my rights and money be restored! Bitay's unfulfilled promise and the delayed refund have left me frustrated and concerned about the validity of their promises. I expect prompt resolution and transparency as a customer. My experience must be heard, and I hope Bitay will correct the situation as soon as possible.
