I've been trying to get my money out of Bitay for almost six months and have tried to get in touch with their support team several times but haven't heard back or been called. It's really frustrating to be left in the dark like this, with no answer or reason given for the long wait. The site I used earned my trust, and now I'm not sure if I'll ever get my money back. If this keeps up, I have no choice but to start civil action. I hope Bitay takes responsibility and quickly fixes the problem because I don't like being in this jam.
