Unable to Access Bitay Account and Missing Funds for 2 Months

I have been trying to contact Bitay for nearly two months after discovering that my account balance suddenly dropped to zero, and shortly after, my account was completely closed. Despite countless messages and emails sent to Bitay’s support team and social media accounts, I have not received any response or assistance.

When I attempt to reach them via their support hotline, I am left on hold for extended periods—sometimes over an hour—only for the call to disconnect. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of accountability is shocking and unprofessional.

I demand immediate action to restore my account and refund the missing funds. Bitay needs to resolve this issue promptly and provide proper customer support.
