Bitay Withdrawal Request Delayed, Unable to Reach Customer Service

I submitted a withdrawal request on Bitay several days ago, but it has been 3-4 days, and the funds have not yet appeared in my account. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but it’s impossible to get through. The system constantly shows "one person ahead in line," but no one ever responds.

This lack of access to customer support is unacceptable. It’s frustrating that such delays and unresponsiveness can happen so easily. I need my funds transferred to my account immediately and expect Bitay to improve its customer service response times.

This issue must be addressed promptly to restore trust in their platform. I demand an urgent resolution to my withdrawal request and reliable support going forward.
