My Hummel Messmer Sneaker Sole Separated on the First Wear

On September 10, 2024, I purchased a pair of Hummel Messmer Unisex White Sneakers through Trendyol. I carefully stored the shoes in their original box without wearing them for approximately two years. When I wore them for the first time on July 22, 2026, the sole separated severely after just one use, revealing what I believe to be a serious product defect.
I submitted a return and inspection request through Trendyol. However, on August 3, 2026, I was informed that my request had been denied because the six-month return period had expired. The shoes were almost entirely unused and still in new condition, and the sole separated during their first wear, which clearly suggests a manufacturing defect. I am extremely frustrated that Trendyol refused to offer any assistance based solely on the elapsed time. As a long-term customer who makes all my purchases through Trendyol and has a Plus membership, I find this approach unacceptable.
To resolve this issue, I am requesting that the shoes associated with tracking number 7330035075203275 be evaluated as a defective product and that a full refund be issued. I expect Trendyol to provide a fair resolution that reflects its commitment to customer satisfaction.
