On October 2, I purchased Bioderma Sébium Gel from the official Bioderma store on Trendyol (Order No: 10559492354). I have been using the product regularly for 20 days, starting from the first day I received it.
However, since I began using the product, I’ve experienced increased breakouts and skin irritation. I continued to use it consistently, hoping my skin would adjust, but the acne problem persisted and there was no visible improvement throughout this period.
I haven’t yet contacted Bioderma customer service, but due to the negative reaction on my skin, I believe this product is not suitable for me. Therefore, I’m requesting a refund for the purchase.
