1win Withdrawal Not Credited To Account

I made a withdrawal request of Rs 7,500 from the 1win app via IMPS on 14 April at around 10:25 p.m. The transaction is shown as “successful” in the 1win app, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account, even though almost two days have passed. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication is very disappointing, especially when money is involved and the app itself shows the transaction as successful. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and that the Rs 7,500 be either credited to my bank account or immediately reversed back to my 1win wallet. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal.
