CeraVe Acne Cleanser From Hepsiburada Looks Fake and Smells Bad

I placed an order on Hepsiburada under order number 477 291 337 5 for “CeraVe Cleanser for Acne-Prone Skin.” I received the product today, but the packaging looked noticeably different from the original product, and the smell was very unpleasant. I have used this cleanser before, and this one has a strong, unusual odor that makes me doubt its authenticity.

I contacted customer service, but instead of resolving the issue, they simply asked me about the seller. To make matters worse, the invoice has still not been issued. I paid ₺764.90 for this purchase, and I am seriously concerned about whether the product is genuine.

I am requesting an immediate verification of this product’s authenticity and a clear resolution to this issue.
