Binomo Deposit Not Credited After Paytm UPI Payment

On 12-01-2026 at around 7:45 p.m. IST I made a deposit of 17,999 INR to my Binomo account via Paytm UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, but it has still not been reflected in my Binomo balance. The transaction reference/UTR number for this payment is c8ebe265a0d14323a173a994c2a17095. After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my account, I contacted Binomo support team many times, more than 50 times in total. Despite all these repeated attempts, I have not received a clear solution, a refund, or even a definite timeline. I am only being told to keep waiting and that the issue will be resolved “soon”, which is unacceptable considering the high amount involved. I request that this issue be resolved as a priority by either crediting 17,999 INR to my Binomo account balance or refunding the full amount back to my original Paytm UPI payment method. I also ask you to provide a clear and final update without further delay, as I can no longer accept indefinite waiting after so many attempts to reach your support.
