Binomo UPI Deposit Not Credited Or Refunded After Eleven Days

On 20 December 2025, I deposited 39,999.86 Indian rupees into my Binomo account registered with the email address dhanoravi***[email protected] via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and the payment gateway also showed the transaction as successful. However, even after 11 days, the money has not been credited to my Binomo account, and it has also not been refunded back to my bank account. Although the payment was completed on my side, I am left without access to my funds, which is very worrying. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that the full amount either be immediately credited to my Binomo account or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
