I made a deposit on Binomo via UPI on 17/12/2025 in the amount of 700 Rs, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The UPI transaction reference for this payment is 393948189603, and the money has been debited from my side. Despite the successful transaction, there has been no update or resolution from Binomo, and I have not received any response regarding this issue. This situation is causing me inconvenience as my funds are stuck without any explanation. I request that the 700 Rs be refunded to my UPI account as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be provided for the delay and current status of my funds.
