Binomo UPI Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful PhonePe Payment

On 21/12/2025, I made a deposit of 24,000 via UPI using the PhonePe application to fund my Binomo trading account with the ID 39299***. The payment went through successfully on my side, and the amount was debited from my account, but the receiver is denying that they have received the money. Despite the successful transaction, Binomo states that they have not received the deposit, and the amount has not been credited to my trading account. I am left without access to my own funds, even though the payment was completed through PhonePe. I request that this payment be urgently investigated and either credited to my Binomo account or refunded back to my PhonePe-linked bank account as soon as possible. I simply want my 24,000 returned or correctly applied to my account.
