Unable to Withdraw ELXO from Binance Wallet—Requires 10 SOL?

I purchased ELXO on Binance, but now I cannot withdraw my funds. When I attempted to make a withdrawal, I was informed that I need to purchase 10 SOL (Solana) first in order to proceed.

This requirement was never stated beforehand, and now I am stuck with my funds locked in my wallet. Why is this happening? Is this a new policy, or is there another issue preventing my withdrawal?
