Loss Due to Cancelled Sales and Idle Help Desk on Binance





I've been using Binance for a long time. I had 10,000 TL left from a total of 100,000 TL in my account, so I decided to invest it in leveraged SXP, XLM, and other similar coins. At around 4:30 PM, there was a sudden increase, but Binance didn't let people sell. I wish I had saved most of my money when Bitcoin, SXP, XLM, and other coins were dropping. But instead of getting better, it actually got worse. I snapped pictures of all the trades. If I don't get a response to this message, I will complain to the prosecutor's office.

Do not trust Binance in any way, and there is never a solution; they never resolve the grievances. The only thing they do is say sorry. I have been writing since 2021, and the responses they provide are contradictory. They say one thing, then another, even though the subject is the same. There is no solution in any way; they are just trying to manipulate. When you write to their support, you get an automated message saying it's seen, and then there is no response. They try to create an image of caring for people, but, frankly, be honest, no matter who you are.
