Binance Global Ignored My D/USDT Investment Loss and Gave No Support

In November 2021, I invested approximately ₺550,000 (approximately $12,500) in the D/USDT (narrow open network) project through Binance Global. Since its listing, the coin has experienced a continuous and extraordinary loss of value over the past four years. My investment has almost completely evaporated, and I have lost my principal balance. During this period, I believe Binance Global failed to take any measures to protect investors and turned a blind eye to the hoarding of assets by those behind the project. Furthermore, because Binance Global does not provide Turkish-language customer service, I have been unable to reach anyone or file a complaint regarding my grievance. All my transactions were conducted through Binance Global, and no guarantees or commitments were made during this time. I have suffered a great loss due to this loss of my investment. I demand that Binance Global compensate me for the financial loss I have suffered and issue an official statement on this matter. I also expect Turkish-language customer service.
