I Didn’t Receive My USDT from a Binance Futures Trade

I’m extremely frustrated with an issue I encountered while trading on Binance Futures. After closing a trade, the resulting USDT amount never appeared in my wallet. Instead, it was automatically recorded as a loss under a different open position. This is completely unacceptable.

According to the transaction details (which I’ve also attached as a screenshot), $95 USDT was supposed to be credited to my USDT wallet. However, it somehow got deducted and added to my PnL (Profit and Loss) as a negative balance, affecting another trade I had open at the time. This isn’t just a small error—it directly caused a financial loss and impacted my trading decisions.

Binance, this needs to be fixed immediately. I followed all the correct steps, and the platform is clearly mismanaging balances or failing to settle trades properly. I expect my ₺3,000+ worth of USDT to be credited correctly, not silently eaten up as a loss.

Your users deserve transparency and accurate accounting on all trades—especially on a platform handling millions in transactions. Review my account, fix the balance error, and return my USDT now.
