Hello; I would like to report that I have been a victim of fraud on my account, which I opened with the belief in the reliability and high-level security measures of Binance Global. On June 26, 2023, around 04:45 in the morning, my existing balance was emptied due to this incident. I want to emphasize that individual precautions such as email and mobile phone verification, as well as Google Authenticator, were active on my account. I also want to mention that my Gmail account had 2FA verification, which was part of similar individual precautions. The fraudulent action in question, where my balance was converted to rubles and transferred to a foreign account, was undoubtedly abnormal, extraordinary, and deviated significantly from the normal flow. Ideally, such an account activity should have been suspended, and the necessary approvals should have been obtained from me before proceeding with the transaction (as is the case with the functioning of banks). The failure to take such a preventive measure is the main factor that caused my victimization. I am a person who believes in blockchain technology, and within that context, I invested in Binance Global, considering it to be the most reliable cryptocurrency exchange. However, I am currently feeling disappointed. With this belief, I trusted Binance and made investments, but shouldn't my account have been equipped with the necessary precautions to protect it from fraudulent activities? When such an incident occurs, shouldn't I have been promptly informed through a notification email? Instead, I had to discover the issue myself when I checked my account a month later.
