Binance Suspended My Account and Confiscated My Funds

My account was suspended due to "risk factors," and it's been 10 days since I last heard from the company. Due to this, Binance has effectively confiscated my funds. I am left wondering who will be responsible for the damages to my account and the loss of funds. I placed a market short order at 25k, but encountered an error when the price dropped to 19k. This has taken an immeasurable financial and emotional toll on me. It is deeply troubling that Binance has the ability to freeze accounts and seize funds without providing adequate explanation or transparency.
