During the major market crash on October 11, 2025, I had open positions in my Binance account. My balance, which was $4,600, dropped to $500 after my positions were liquidated (LOG).
That night, it was announced that users who incurred losses would be reimbursed up to $6,000 via phone communication; however, I did not receive any compensation. I contacted Binance live support and opened a support ticket, but no one has followed up since.
