On October 10, 2025, I was unable to make any transactions on the Binance Futures platform due to a system crash. As a result, all four of my open positions were liquidated, causing a total loss of 235.65 USD.

Binance’s official social media accounts (including CZ Binance) announced that users affected by this incident would receive 30% compensation for their losses. However, while some users have already received partial refunds in USDC, I have not received any compensation or official notification so far.

I contacted Binance TR via X (formerly Twitter), but I have not received a response.

I request that my case be reviewed again and that 30% of my total loss (70.69 USD) be credited to my account as previously announced. I expect transparent communication and equal treatment for all users affected by the same system failure.
