Binance Compensation Problem – Partial Refund Received, Rest Missing

On November 10, 2025, I carried out AVAX and BNB trades through the Binance mobile app and ended up losing a total of 5,000 USDC. Although I was told that I was included in Binance’s compensation plan, only 130 USDC was refunded to me — far below the actual amount of my loss.
I reached out both via email and through customer service under case number 11259*3, but I haven’t received any clear explanation or information regarding my situation. Despite being part of the refund program, most of my losses remain uncompensated.
I request that Binance immediately review my case, provide a transparent explanation, and fully reimburse the 5,000 USDC loss I incurred. This issue has caused significant financial distress, and I expect an urgent resolution.
