On April 16, 2025, I opened both long and short positions on Bitcoin using Binance Futures. Before starting these trades, I had around $6500 in my account. After some fluctuations, I experienced a loss of about $500–600, but then made it back with a gain of around $600–650. I expected my balance to return to the $6500 range, but when I checked, it had dropped to $5375—a difference of $1000–$1200 with no clear explanation.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. Previously, I had a balance of $3800, and after opening a BTC position, it suddenly dropped to $2500. In both cases, it seems that simply entering a BTC position triggers a major, unexplained reduction in funds. Across these two trades, I’m missing a total of nearly $3000.
I never withdrew anything. My trades weren’t liquidated. There were no visible fees that could account for this amount. This feels like my money is just disappearing—as if funds are being removed from my wallet without justification.
Binance, I’m demanding a full investigation into this issue. Where is my money going? Why is my balance consistently reduced after BTC trades? These aren’t small losses—they’re significant amounts, and it’s beginning to feel like my funds are being taken without cause. I expect a detailed explanation and reimbursement for the missing funds. This level of platform trust erosion is unacceptable.
