Binance Compensation Request – 100K USDT Lost Due to Futures Malfunctions

I’ve been trading futures on Binance for about three years, and throughout this time, I’ve consistently encountered issues where my positions fail to close on time and excessively high commissions are deducted from each trade. These recurring problems have caused me a total financial loss of around 100,000 USDT.

So far, I haven’t contacted Binance customer support about this matter. My account email is a**@hotmail.com**. The same issues occur with every transaction, yet I never receive any error message or system warning indicating a malfunction.

I request that Binance compensate me for my financial losses, refund the excessive commissions, and resolve the technical problems causing these repeated errors. I also ask for a detailed investigation and an official response regarding my case.
