I’m trying to log into my Binance Global account, but I’m completely locked out. I recently changed my phone, and since then, I haven’t been able to access my account. I first went through the password reset process, and I successfully entered the email verification code.
However, after that, Binance prompted me to enter my Google Authenticator code—which I can no longer access because the app wasn’t transferred to my new phone. When I try to enter the code from my current device, it says it’s invalid, even though I’m following all steps correctly.
I understand this is a security measure, but there should be a clear recovery option for users who change phones. At the moment, I’m completely blocked from accessing my own funds.
Binance, I need urgent help to recover access to my account and reset my 2FA authenticator. Please provide clear instructions and support so I can securely log back in. This issue is causing unnecessary stress and needs immediate resolution.
