If you've lost your Binance Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code, you can get back into your account by following these steps:
You must submit a verification video of yourself sitting in front of the camera so that the camera can see your face and the information page of your ID. Say something that proves who you are, the date of the statement, and the request to reset Google/SMS/Email security verification, including the email address associated with your Binance account. Send in the video and a picture of the ID card, driver's license, or passport that is shown. Do not add any watermarks or edits. People who don't speak English can state in their language.
Users may be asked to answer security questions about when they registered their account and their IP address. This information can be found in the registration email that says "[Binance] Confirm your Registration From XXX (IP address) - XXX (date)" which will be sent back to Binance Customer Service.
After you finish these steps, it’s anticipated that the 2FA reset process will begin, giving you back control of your Binance account.
