I’m currently locked out of my Binance account and need urgent help regaining access. My account was verified and linked to my old phone number, but I’ve since changed that number and no longer have access to it. When I try to log in, Binance keeps sending verification codes to that old number, which I can’t receive.
To make matters worse, I also lost access to my Google Authenticator, so I can’t verify through that option either. I have no way to complete the two-factor authentication process, even though I am the rightful account owner.
This situation is incredibly frustrating. I have funds in my Binance account that I cannot reach, and I haven’t been able to find a clear solution or support response so far.
Binance, I’m asking you to verify my identity through alternative means and help me recover access to my account immediately. I’m ready to provide any information or documentation needed. Please don’t leave users stranded just because they changed their phone number or lost an app. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
