My BigoLive account was banned on the grounds that I was allegedly presenting myself as a child. I believe this was a misunderstanding and that the penalty imposed on my account is unfair.
I received the ban today, and since then, I have been unable to access my account. I have not made any paid transactions or deposits in the app; I was simply using my account normally.
Even though I tried to contact the support team through the app and other channels, I have not received any response. I would like a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was banned and request that this decision be reviewed.
For all of these reasons, I am requesting that the ban on my account be lifted and that my account be reinstated.
