Rexona 0 Aluminum Musk Caused Black Armpit Stain
My daughter has been using the Rexona %0 Aluminum Musk women’s deodorant for about two years. About a month ago, we noticed a black stain on the skin of her armpit that does not wipe off or fade. At first we thought it was temporary, but despite the time that has passed, this mark unfortunately has not disappeared. Although the product is labeled as “dermatologically tested” and is specifically marketed as aluminum-free, the fact that it has caused such a persistent stain on the skin makes me think there may be a problem with the product. We usually buy this product from the Gimsa chain stores in Ankara, especially the Eryaman Park branch. When I researched complaints online, I saw that similar complaints had previously been made about the same product and that these complaints did not receive a satisfactory response. My daughter currently does not have burning, itching, pain or any other complaint in the armpit area, but this black stain is visually disturbing and also worrying in terms of the possibility that it may turn into a different skin problem in the future. I will first take my daughter to a dermatologist to have the situation examined and, if necessary, documented in a medical report. I would also like to state that I am planning to file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office and initiate a legal process regarding this product. I request that this situation with your product be examined in detail, that any potential risks be explained transparently, and that all steps you deem necessary be communicated to me in writing.
