Without any clear reason, a platform administrator took action against me in a way that I believe was completely unfair. The situation happened very recently, and it left me feeling frustrated and mistreated. I immediately tried to reach out to Bigo Live customer service for support, but unfortunately, I did not receive the clear resolution I was expecting.
As someone who spends time and energy using this platform, I do not think it is acceptable to face unjust actions with no proper explanation. I am asking Bigo Live to review this case carefully, take the necessary measures against the user involved if appropriate, and restore my account standing without delay.
