Shein Order Not Delivered By iMile

I placed a Shein order on 6 February for a total of R2100, and the delivery was assigned to iMile to be delivered to me in Cape Town, South Africa. The parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but I have not received it and there have been no proper updates on the tracking since then. Despite the promised delivery date having passed, I am still waiting for my package without any clear information on where it is or when it will arrive. My Shein order number is 6021126177171. I have tried to contact both Shein and iMile through emails and calls, but I have not received any response from either of them, which is extremely frustrating given the amount I paid. I request that my package be urgently located and delivered to me without any further delay, or alternatively that a full refund of R2100 be processed if the order cannot be delivered. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and lack of communication.
