I Can’t Access My Suspended Bigo Live Account Despite Repeated Attempts

My **Bigo Live account (username: baha , ID: 538911) was suspended some time ago, and I was initially told that it had been hacked. After I reset my phone, I lost access completely and have not been able to log back in since. When I contacted customer service, I received conflicting answers: first, they said my account was banned, later they said it wasn’t banned at all. Despite these explanations, I still cannot log in, and no error message appears on the screen.
I have already tried logging in via both Gmail and Facebook, reinstalled the app, and even attempted to reset my phone again, but nothing has worked. My account did not contain any balance or payment history, so this is not about funds but rather about access and fairness.
I have contacted Bigo’s support team multiple times, but my requests were ignored, and no real solution was provided. This lack of clarity and assistance is very frustrating.
I am requesting that my account be reinstated immediately and that my case be taken seriously. As this issue occurred in Turkey, I expect Bigo Live to ensure local users are given proper technical support and communication. My patience has run out—I want my account restored without further delay.
