I withdrew ETH and USDT from Bibox Exchange on May 20, 2024. The withdrawn amounts were 0.0581418 ETH, 84 USDT, and 80 BUSD. However, the funds have still not been credited to my receiving account. I have sent more than 100 emails over the past 1.5 years, but there has been no response or resolution from Bibox.
