Bibox Exchange is Currently Withholding My Funds

I tried to transfer USDT from Bibox Exchange to BTC Turk on May 30, 2023, but my request hasn't been processed yet. Even though I've sent a lot of emails and given them all the documents they asked for, BTC Turk still hasn't approved the transaction. Bibox keeps giving the same unhelpful answers, and it's really annoying. I've been waiting for about 4 and a half months, sending emails every day, but there hasn't been any solution yet. This platform is keeping people's money, and it's about time that the authorities step in to safeguard the public from more problems with BTC Turk. It's obvious that this transaction is unfairly keeping people's money.
