Beyondvr App Not Working After Purchase

About an hour ago, I completed a transaction on Beyondvr by making a payment through Paycell. However, after the transaction, I was unable to log into the app, and the site kept giving errors. During this process, I contacted customer service, but no solution was provided and my issue was not resolved.
Due to this problem, which I am experiencing for the first time, I am requesting a refund from Beyondvr. The order number I used during the transaction is 5398****97. No warranty or refund policy was presented to me during the purchase or usage process.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my payment be refunded.
