My Beymen Club White Linen Shirt Turned Yellow After One Wash and I Got No Help

After just one wash, the shoulder area of the white linen shirt I purchased from Beymen Club turned an unfortunate shade of yellow. After the initial inspection, they said everything was fine and gave me back the shirt. But even after I specifically mentioned the yellowing during the second inspection, the shirt was returned to me once again without any explanation. I reached out to the online support line to report the situation, but unfortunately, they informed me that the shirt had already undergone two inspections and no problems were detected. As a result, they were unable to offer any assistance or provide an explanation for the yellowing. I'm quite surprised by the attitude displayed by a brand as reputable as Beymen. It is quite obvious that the shirt was crafted using a variety of linen fabrics. I am very disappointed by the sale of products that exhibit such subpar workmanship, and the complete lack of accountability or explanation provided. The shirt has never been worn or ironed; this problem is solely caused by the washing process after purchase. The yellowing is easily visible without any assistance. As an example, I captured the scene by positioning the cuff on top of the shoulder piece. There is discoloration on the shoulder area of the shirt, but the rest of the shirt is unaffected.
