Beymen sold me a damaged Moncler jacket. I sent it back to the store for investigation, but according to them, the jacket is in perfect condition. The funny thing is that the zipper is broken and not working. I even showed them pictures and videos of the issue, but they completely ignored my complaint. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they seem more interested in denying responsibility than actually solving the problem. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service.
