Beymen Off-White Shirt: Logo Detached After 2 Washes

The logo tag on the front of the Off-White T-shirt I bought from Beymen this summer has fallen off despite only being worn four times and cleaned twice. Selling a T-shirt for 15-20 thousand TL and having the logo flake off after two washes is unacceptably cheap. Furthermore, I wash all of my T-shirts inside out and do not use a dryer. Don't be fooled into thinking that Off-White logo-printed T-shirts are of great quality. At the very least, I expected Beymen to stand behind their product. I sent it in for inspection twice, and both times they indicated they couldn't find anything wrong with the logo falling off owing to poor print quality. This brand most emphatically does not merit these costs. Even Beymen dropping the ball on a T-shirt is surprising. We purchase frequently, yet they couldn't stand by us in the first instance. It appears that the change in ownership at Beymen has resulted in a shift in the company's perception of quality.
