Beurer MG1 Neck Massager Cover Tore After A Short Period

I bought a Beurer MG1 neck massager, but the cover ripped soon after. I couldn't find anywhere to buy a new cover, and it was just as difficult to find the warranty service. I did a lot of research and finally found someone who knows about the pulse plug. They told me to contact the technical service in Ankara.
After I explained my problem, they simply said, "Just tell us if we have it available, and we'll get back to you." But they never followed up like they said they would. I messaged them on WhatsApp, hoping for a response, but unfortunately, they read my message without replying. They don't seem to care at all. The service from this huge company is either non-existent or leaves customers feeling helpless. My product is completely useless now, and I'm extremely unhappy.
