I’ve deposited around ₺80,000 into my Betwinner account and lost it all playing slots. As a VIP-level user, I’m clearly entitled to 25% cashback, which should have amounted to ₺20,000 based on the platform’s own policy. However, I was shocked to see that they credited me with only ₺700 in total cashback—an amount that doesn’t even come close to what’s promised.

I reached out to customer service multiple times, hoping they would correct the issue. Unfortunately, all I ever get is the same scripted response: “The system is automatic.” No one takes ownership of the issue, and there’s absolutely no human review or follow-up to resolve the discrepancy.

This is a serious breach of trust, especially for a long-term VIP player like myself. I demand that Betwinner recalculate the cashback based on the actual losses and credit the correct amount to my account. I expect full transparency and prompt resolution of this issue. My user ID is 753997313.
