On July 14th at 17:49, I deposited money into my Betwinner account using the fast transfer method. It has now been over 48 hours, and the funds still haven’t appeared in my balance. I have verified the transaction details multiple times, and the money clearly left my bank account—yet it’s completely untraceable on the Betwinner side.
I reached out for support, but I’ve received no meaningful response or solution. If they’re this careless and unreachable for a relatively small deposit, I can only imagine the nightmare if someone were to deposit ₺100,000 or ₺200,000. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Betwinner needs to locate my funds immediately and credit them to my account without further delay. I expect full transparency and an explanation for this serious issue.
