Betwinner Refusing to Pay Out Winning Bets — Poor Customer Support Experience

The Betwinner website handles winning bets however it pleases and takes no responsibility for the results. Neither their live chat support nor their email support offered any real help when I reached out.
When I spoke with their live support, I received absurd responses such as, “It didn’t hit the crossbar twice, sir. Isn’t it normal that you didn’t win?” I’ve attached screenshots of all these conversations below as evidence.
You won’t be able to contact me for a resolution — just as you didn’t help me, I won’t be getting in touch with you either.
