Turkcell One Plus Benefits Not Activated Despite My Subscription
On 26 June, I purchased a One Plus subscription through Turkcell. While purchasing this package, I explicitly requested that YouTube.com and Netflix Premium memberships be included, and my package price was increased accordingly and my subscription was started on this basis. However, both during the purchase of this package and when logging into YouTube.com and Netflix, I was forced to pay the Premium fee again inside the applications in order to use the services. The main problem, however, is with the Amazon Prime membership that is stated to be included in my package. When I log into my Amazon Prime account, I cannot access any content at all, as if I do not have any entitlement. In addition, when I try to use the “leave your number to be called back” support option on Amazon, the system gives a warning similar to “this number cannot be found” so I cannot receive support through that channel either. I have not yet tried my Fizy, TV+ and Lifebox subscriptions, and I am worried that I may encounter similar problems with those services as well. Because I could not find any proper channel on Turkcell’s website to contact customer service directly, I was not able to convey these issues to Turkcell and therefore had to write my complaint here. Within the scope of the One Plus subscription, I request a refund of the extra Premium fees I paid both during the package purchase and again inside the YouTube.com and Netflix applications. I also request that the Amazon Prime membership stated to be included in my package be properly activated so that I can access the contents without any issues.
