eFootball Mobile Account Stolen, Can't Recover My Konami ID

On 8 July 2026, my eFootball mobile account on Android was stolen and the account details were changed without my permission. Since then, I have not been able to access my account. I contacted Konami support and opened a case with the reference ASKS-804-212-999. However, the only response I received was an instruction to log in via my KONAMI ID, which I no longer have access to because the account was stolen and all the details were changed. This advice does not help me recover my account in its current situation. I have spent approximately 147 in real money on this account through in‑app purchases, and I do not want to lose all of this progress and investment because of unauthorized access. I kindly request that my stolen eFootball Android account be recovered and returned to me, or that all my data and purchases linked to this account be restored to a secure account I can access.
